Took two very expensive jackets that had some spots on sleeves, pointed that out. Picked them up and could have just cried when I looked at them. Not only were sleeves still dirty they were unkempt unpressed like someone slept in them looking, the entire fabric lost its sheen and they look horrible beyond any thing I can think of. The jackets will never be wearable again. I would guess they just put them in a steamer and call it dry cleaning. Just sick about the whole thing. Were are the really good cleaner that like years ago where they really did clean your clothes and you could actually wear them again? Anyone know?
