Unfortunately there is no way to give Flower Delivery Express .com a negative rating. I am in the process of cancelling an order I placed with these guys, where I ordered a product that added up to $71 and change. Just prior to executing that order I was offered up to an additional $52.99 off. So why not right? But when placed my order with the new discount my final bill came out $40 higher! Then placed a call to the customer service number, pressed 2 for existing orders and waited about 10 minutes. A rep picked up, listened to my issue and then stated that I was in the wrong department, I think (accent so thick I'm not exactly sure what she said) and put us on hold for about 10 more minutes. Then a recording came on basically telling us they're too busy to talk to us. I left a number but will be surprised if I hear from them anytime soon. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU LIKE YOUR MONEY.
