My first experience with AAA repair last week for an oil change was great. No complaints. Today I dropped my car off for recommended repairs. I dropped my car off at 8am and was told it would be ready early afternoon. I called at noon to see what time they were thinking. Bob told me the guys get back from lunch at 1p and the shuttle driver at 2:30p. He said my car would be done by then and he would call me when it was done. At 2:15p I called and Bob told me my car was done and the shuttle driver would be leaving to pick me up about 2:30p. I live 10 miles from their office. At 3:15p I called just to make sure the shuttle was still coming. I was told yes and that it will be here any minute. It is now 3:45p and still no shuttle. I have been getting the run around and have been told lie after lie by Bob today. Apparently customer service is not a priority to them. I will never be back after the treatment I have received today. The shuttle finally showed up over an hour and a half past the promised time.
