Every time I come here I have a bad experience. Today was the worst of the worst. Dean, the used car sales manager was so rude to me and talked to me like I was stupid. He didn't want to make good on a promise Jacob made! They do not treat their customers with respect nor do they want to help customers. They just want to cover their own butts. Only good thing about this visit was the service guy Steve. He was really trying to help me out. I will never buy another car here again and am going to go on all my social media accounts to tell everyone my experience, especially with Dean. I'd give this review no stars if that were possible. I guess the 1 star can go to Steve who deserves to work for a better company than this. He was a great guy! To anyone looking to buy a car go to Jay dealerships in Bedford! They are always so awesome and helpful and I wish I never decided to take my business elsewhere.
