I always saw Dr. Costa. When I was told she left, I saw Muratori because me elderly dog was in pain, and I needed something to make him comfortable. I already knew what was causing his pain. I told Muratori I did not want any expensive tests. He said he would have to do an ex ray. When I came back to pick up my dog, my bill was just under $400. I was shocked. I asked how much the pain meds cost. Anne said there are no pain meds included. I lost it. Before I left my dog with him, he told me he needed to have his teeth cleaned!!!!!! I explained that he was not long for this world, and I was not going to put him through any procedures. I paid the bill, got my dog and left. They told me Dr. Costa was no longer practicing. I found her on Linkedin and sent her a message. I now go to Spencer Springs Animal Hospital because that is where Dr Costa is practicing. I had to have my sweet dog put down on Nov 18th. Dr Costa was wonderful.
