We called Tranquility pond to clean our pond after we purchased a home with a pond and waterfall. The workers seemed clueless and two of the 3 koi fish (which were over 12 years old) died due to their incompetence. They put the charcoal filter in incorrectly or it was flawed and the pond turned a soupy black as all the charcoal leaked into the pond. The workers had NO problem solving skills and just stood there and watched the fish lose their oxygen. They did not speak good English and our caretaker was yelling at them to take the fish out of the pond but 2 died. I called to speak to the lady owner Holly but she offered NO apology or cost replacement. She was very uncaring about the whole situation and took NO responsibility for her crew. She also sold us a UV light system to cut down on bacteria but it was not until months later that we discovered that is was indeed present but they never hooked it up or plugged it in. To add salt into the wound of losing our fish, she has a picture of our pond on her website( it has a 3 tier waterfall ending in a little pond) making people thing that somehow they had built that waterfall. I have had to just try to "let this go" but decided I must at least try to write a review for other unsuspecting pond owners.
