I made an appointment for an oil change last week. I arrived today and waited 15 minutes to check in. They said it would take an hour to change the oil, which surprised me as they are like any other jiffy lube place, and I have never waited more than 20 minutes for an oil change, but I used the time to walk to the grocery store and get dinner. When I came back, it still took over an hour to finish up. It then took 15 minutes to pay while the one person at the counter closed out his tickets. Once in the car, discovered oil stains on the inside of my door panel. It looked like oil had been spilt. I was planning to make an appointment for a 75,000 mile check, but I won't now. I really felt I was treated like a second class citizen.
