I went to this hair salon b/c purchased a groupon had my hair done with cut and colour -- the cut was horrible she did the opposite of what I want esp after telling her I wanted to keep my length b/c of a wedding I was going to that weekend and was the maid of honor instead she chopped it all off to a point I could barely even put it up - I can't even leave it down as the way it was cut looks horrible I need to wait to have my hair grow back -- I even told her this is exactly what I didn't want and she said oh I thought this is what you meant.... she then said I could cut it further if I didn't like it -- I told her I didn't like it but the last thing was to cut it further -- it was horrible. And this was only one thing... then came the bill ... the groupon was $49 then they charged me an additional $25 for overall colour and then an additional $15-20 for tax on the colour -- which didn't make any sense -- so yes they rip you off you off and from the reviews sounds like I'm not the only one. If you want to save your hair don't go there they will ruin it for you.
Only good thing about this salon - reason why I gave one star - is the esthetics I did also that day get my eyebrows done, arms waxed, manicure as well as a facial.... all were good and they do save you time by doing one service with another. However my experience with the hair was so bad I wouldn't go back there period.
