I have to give this place a mixed review.
I have been here several times and the staff is great. They have a nice selection of liquid juices. I bought two of their 'Belmond' liquid juice and tasted great and come well priced.
I hold back 2 stars for my rating because I am terribly disappointed with the ecigarette I was recommended and sold.
I got a premium product and paid upwards of $180 worth to buy it and the biggest issue I have had since day one is that the tank leaks the ejuice. I went back to them with my concerns but I was told that the coil was loose and not tight enough. My concerns were basically dismissed.
Lo and behold, several months later, while the ecigarette works fine, the tank that holds the juice leaks constantly. I have tried everything. Bought new coils. Made sure I tightened them extra hard and what not. At this point, I have to wrap a tissue paper around the tank, and put it in a makeshift travel case to carry it around.
I have left it accidentally in my bag and pockets and found oily stains everywhere. I think I was sold a shoddy product.
I really, really don't want to leave a bad review and gave several months trying the ecigarette before I left one. Eventually I am going to toss it out and find another place to buy an ecigarette. That's 180 bucks down the drain.
