This company use to be amazing to order through. They always had a quick turn around when placing orders and i always had my order in timely manner. That was of course, roughly 4 years ago. I cannot say the same thing about them today. I had ordered some printed cards, 5 exactly. It has been over a week and it says the estimate delivery time is by the 16th, which is in 3 days. Although it says it is still in production. That is a real shame that their quality of service has slipped that much. I went through VistaPrints for the same items and already received them. I know now who is my new source for prints. I'm sorry shutterfly, you use to be amazing but I cannot recommend you anymore to anyone.
