Worst food experience in Cleveland. I ordered the cheese lasagna over the phone. I specifically asked if it was vegetarian friendly and I was told yes. As I started eating the lasagna I thought it tasted funny, come to it, it has meat. I called the manager and he was extremely rude and I was greeted with a "sorry about that, we're really busy right now so I'm sorry again bye." As a vegetarian of 7 years I did not appreciate this retort or the overall customer service. I or any of my friends, family, or acquaintances will NEVER eat here again due to the horrible ethics and customer service they seem to allow. Poor management. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.
