Staff is pretty nice but the Manager has no business being a manager. (This guy is late 40s bald, and has a goatee. He doesn't have any clue how to talk to customers. I went into cvs very sick and dehydrated due to stomach issues and was trying to check out at the self checkout and it was rejecting my extra bucks reward coupons (which I had earned at THIS) store the day before. The manager said that the coupons weren't linked to my cvs rewards card. I matter of factly said "They most certainly are I got them right here yesterday from these machines with the same reward card." The manager slowly turned to me and cocked his head and got defensive with me saying that I don't have to be that way. I asked him if he was the manager he said yes and I asked him if it's how he does business to get defensive to customers. I said lets just get this over with, I'm very sick and I'm sorry if I sound agitated. I actually apologized to the man. To that he said, "well you don't have to bite my head off about it". Which only got me more agitated so I left. This man doesn't have any idea how to talk to a customer. Good thing Walgreens was across the street. Id rather lose the $13.00 in extra bucks coupons than spend another minute with that ignorant "manager" at CVS.
