My biggest complaint with Oishi's is the difficulty of getting through their voicemail system and talking to a real human being. We had many questions that didn't fit into any of the categories they have set up. I left messages and never got a return calls. We also went with their recommend cleaning company that is supposedly 100% deposit back guarantee which was quite pricey as a result and didn't even receive our full deposits back. Moving is stressful enough, and we tried to be worry free and follow all the rules but still only got about half of all our deposits back. I would look for a better reviewed property management team to rent from in the future.
