Leaking pipes in The Pennsylvanian garage corroded the paint on my car, as well as multiple other residents' vehicles. The damage is extensive. Management would not admit fault until I questioned them about this just before I relocated to North Carolina in July, 2017. They told me to get two estimates for repairs. One estimate was for $10,000, the second estimate was for $7000. I sent the bids to The Pennsylvanian management and the office manager, Kelly, told me "The bids are not approved." She told me to go to a detail company. The spots are caused by corrosion which only paint can repair. The Charlotte, NC companies that provided the estimates are Bodyworks Plus and Hendrick Auto - both reputable, well established companies. Both tried to remove the spots, but were unsuccessful. I will have to turn in my car at the end of my lease and I'm sure I will have to pay the 7 grand for the damage The Pennsylvanian refused to pay.
