I purchased my house 4 years ago and called this company out before I moved in to do a once over on my two units (one upstairs one downstairs). The tech shows up on time, professional truck, uniform, everything that would make you feel comfortable using them (hence the 2 star). He inspected my units and told me the upstairs unit is "No Good" and should be replaced then proceeded to pull out an iPad and show me the $$$ for a new unit. I thanked him for his time and he left. NOW I work for a major hotel on the strip and my friend runs the HVAC for the whole hotel, so I had him come over. He looks up in the attic and tells me the air handler is brand new, so we go outside and look at the unit that was just (no good) and didn't work. My friend opens the panel on the machine and looks up at me with a weird look. He said "The guy said this unit doesn't work?" To which I say "that's what he said, said it needed to be replaced" so he reaches in messes with one wire and voom unit comes to life and has been running strong for 4 YEARS!!!! But hey it was (NO GOOD and NEEDED to be REPLACED) either it was just a scam or incompetence. Take your business else where (oh and yes I still have the quote for the new unit in my emails as a reminder to always get a second option) and try and be as educated about your AC as you can as to spot a flem flam job. Oh why the long wait to post? My friend saw me at work the other day and asked how my NO GOOD unit was running
