I've been to several Regal cinemas around Charlotte and this one is not near the top of the list as far as the movie goes, but the service is one of the best. I don't wait in line anymore and exclusively use the self service kiosk. It helps get in faster. The concession area is always working really fast though.
The theater itself is very clean but the one I was in was the smallest one I've ever been in. The seats do not recline, although that is not a deal breaker for me. But most theaters, including Regal, have those now. This theater was still nice overall and I'd go back for sure, if I was in the area.
The picture I posted, I was in the very last row, so it will give you a good judgement of how small the theater is.
