Decided to switch to Blackhat after comparing install/equipment and monthly monitoring costs with my current security service and cable company (that is now in the business of providing home security services). Blackhat offered a competitive price for the package and features I had installed today. The install took 3 hours but now we can arm/disarm our system, check outdoor camera, lock/unlock front door deadbolt, and open/close garage door all with the use of our mobile devices. I'm guilty of leaving the garage door open on a few occasions only to get a call from my watchful neighbor. We often travel and it will be nice to check on our home while away or let the neighbor in to feed the pets! Excellent and professional install service was provided by JD. He gave my daughter and I a tutorial on using the features and touch screen system panel and was able to answer questions we had.
