I would be extremely cautious using this shuttle service because they don't care whether or not you miss the shuttle. If you're not 15 minutes early, just plan on missing it. You will have to wait for an hour for the next one. They won't call you to see if you're around the corner, but they should!The pickup spot for United is extremely confusing. They should wait at least ten minutes for people to show up, but they don't!
