Cant tell if staff are friendly or knowledgable as regularly there is no one around; if there is staff person they run away if you need help; stocks are not up to date and not able to get what was advertised even though on line showed a lot available; Don't bother with automotive; parts counter guy goes and hides in the back even when pages ..twice! Better to avoid store
