I usually don't like to be a downer for businesses... however... my truest experience at Old Fashion was... "meh". I think their drinks are great! It's a great place to socialize and have brunch or dinner with friends or go on a date. It's just not my kind of vibe. I went there with my two friends and the wait for a table was going to be about an hour and a half. My friends and I were okay with that because we wanted to just hang out and have dinner. We made our way to the bar to wait for a table and the bar was so packed, we almost didn't have a spot. As soon as people got up and left their seats at the bar, we snagged it but it was only two seats. Then we waited and finally got another seat at the bar and decided to just order food at the bar. I felt rushed towards the end of my meal though, because there were people behind us waiting for us to leave the bar. That day, I'm not sure if it was because they were super busy or if their food is just always mediocre. I ordered a burger and was not impressed. It wasn't the best burger I've ever had but it also was not the best. My friends and I also got cheese curds. The cheese curds were good but they were the most oily cheese curds I've ever had. My friend got the fried fish platter and it was decent. Overall, I would rather opt for a less crowded place to hang out and have dinner with friends. I felt like the prices for the food was not worth it. Other then that, I gave a three star because the service isn't bad for it being so busy.
