I have always been quite fond of Toyota. Their vehicles are made well. I currently own a Toyota Prius and took my vehicle to get serviced when I did it was damaged. The dealership stated that they did not cause the damage. I asked them to review security footage of my car being worked on and they refused. I contacted Toyota headquarters their customer support and complaint line and they just took my name and stated that someone would call me. I have never received a call back and has never and offered any type of resolution to the damage that was caused to my vehicle. Since it appears that damage that is caused by dealerships to customers vehicles are of no concern to Toyota headquarters I warned against buying any Toyota vehicles and if you do be cautious of where you have them serviced even if it is from a dealership.
