This place needs a lesson in customer service. My first negative was when I made an appointment and when I went in, they denied I had an appointment. But the icing on the cake was when I made an appointment for yesterday and walked in and was totally ignored - no "hello", no" we'll be with you shortly, no" do you have an appointment", nothing ! They would not even look at me. There was a lady (who was sitting there when I walked in) and clearly didn't have an appointment based on what she said, and they took her before me. I sat for ten minutes (fuming) and left. There are waaaay too many other nail salons in the area that know how to treat their customers - to be treated with such disrespect and go back.
Lastly, my grandaughter and I would go in to get a pedicure and leave with feet that hurt so bad we couldn't put our shoes on because they insist on digging at them until they are sore beyond belief. Do your nails a favor and go somewhere else. You can thank me later.
