Four stars because the food was tasty. So here's MY issue with the place, though I'm sure many wouldn't consider this an issue.. There are so many options. I'm terrible at making decisions so my head was spinning as I was in line picking my ingredients. Basically you select from a buffet of raw meat and vegetables, sauces and seasonings. You put as much of these ingredients as you want / can fit in the bowl they give you. Next you wait in line to have them cook your food in front of you on a big round grill. From start to finish this process could take 20 minutes.. Maybe a little less or longer depending on how busy it is. For about $15 you get one bowl, $18 you get unlimited. But I warn you, if you fill your bowl right one bowl is PLENTY. The unlimited option is a good way to try different combinations but with waiting in line to pick your food then waiting to have it cooked you're looking at a lengthy lunch or dinner. The food is very reminiscent of hibachi...except you have to select your ingredients, stand to wait for your food to be cooked and get no Chinese volcanoes or broccoli thrown at your face. Good food but definitely just a once or twice a year spot.
