Love this lounge, airport, and airline! Was so great to relax and catch up on work in the lounge and have the gates in such close proximity. Lots of seating available. Staff were friendly and constantly tidying up and replenishing refreshments. Some of the chairs and tables were a bit dirty but it's hard for staff to keep up with the traffic. People are constantly stuffing their faces with cookies, leaving abruptly for their flight, and leaving a mess.
P.S. It took me about 10 minutes to get from the plane to the passenger pick-up/drop off loop. The pedestrian tunnel was fantastic. I went through the tunnel in about 5 minutes. Even with lots of people.. you don't really experience any delays as the escalator keeps moving and there like 7 elevators available to take you out.
