I only gave a 1 of 5 because there wasn't a negative option. As a first time going the check in area was empty and paid $32 for two people. Only after paying they informed me the wait time was 3 hours. I wasn't going to wait 3 hours so I asked for a refund. They couldn't give me one so they give me a gift certificate but I would never go back. The lady informed me the best time was 7am. Who wants to wake up for a massage at 7am. It's misleading. They put the waiting room way in the back so you don't get discouraged before they charge you. They never informed me before taking my payment of the wait time. They said that is an average wait time. Don't waste your time or money on them ever.
