found coupon on line and went for cut. trimmed one inch only and told to trim more at home. stated coupon said blow dry and style was included .told I could do this at home. If I had wanted to do my own hair would not have gone there. My coupon was trimmed and immeditaly faxed to owner. If owned does not like to have coupons honored at this location, then the owner needs to be replaced.
