Hi from Mark in Saint Louis. I made an appointment with Handy Man Connection to get two doors replaced. They took down all my information and made an appointment for this past Monday at 9 AM. Prior to that I got an email confirming the appointment. No call, no show. I contacted the company to find out why and "Shannon" emailed me back saying they were a no show as they did not have my correct phone number, "someone" must have written it down wrong. They had the right address and time but won't show up unless they can call. They did offer to reschedule, which I declined. Please avoid this poor quality company at all costs.
