I went here twice for bridesmaid dress shopping and the customer service was awful on both occasions. Firstly, they are never on time and make you wait at least 20 min until you can get a room-even when you have an appointment. Then after waiting for our room we had no one to help us. Then the person who came to help us was not helpful at all. They did a bad job sizing my bridesmaids and would quickly measure over their sweater and insist they needed a larger size. Lastly, their ordering system is all on paper and disorganized.
The only good thing about this place is that they have a large selection of dresses.
