So my loyalty ritual continues with my every six months/ year trip to my home T-Mobile store on South Pecos in Las Vegas. I went back last October because I was now so pro with my android that I no longer needed the Blackberry slide out keyboard. But the price wasn't right. Now they have the JUMP plan: Upgrade your phone twice every 12 months, not once every two years (as soon as 6 months after enrollment). Get the phone I want for the same price as new customers (on approved credit of course). Replace any phone that's been damaged or lost. I am excited and happy I went today! More so because the employees that helped me almost 2 years ago are STILL THERE. That's a coup in retail. Noel, the manager was new but just to this store. I love these guys! I have a brand new Samsung 4 with all the bells and whistles and I was able to afford this by turning in my old phone for a direct rebate of $26 and keeping the same plan with the ability to get a new phone in six months. So, I thank you Noel, Brian O, Brian D and Garth B for the continued professionalism and knowledge of your product(s). You guys rock! You heard me!!
