We are very pleased with Kent and his product. We had an old shower that needed to be replaced and as we got into it we decided to update the whole master bathroom. Kent works efficiently, meaning, tell him what you want and he'll email you a quote. If it sounds like something you want to pursue then he comes to your house and adds the details.
The thing about using Kent is he expects you to buy a new shower valve and any tile and he is primarily providing the labor. In our case we had to educate ourselves about these things but the final product is really great and we participated in choosing all the components.
For a shower Kent tears the old completely out and rebuilds from the ground up. Our house was 22 years old and he took the area down to the studs and rebuilt from there. New shower valve, new shower pan, drain relocated so the shower can be bigger, and rebuilt walls to attach the travertine tile to. Bottom line is I know everything is new from the ground up and should have no problems for years and years.
