This is probably the worst Best Buy in terms of customer service I've experienced in the GTA. I love using their reserve online and pick up feature but this time it fell flat. I entered the store from the bottom level and immediately found employee 1 and asked him where to pick it up. He said upstairs so I went up the escalator. The email said specifically "To pick up your items, simply mention the above contact information at the customer service counter within the store you chose." However, there was no customer service counter on the second floor. So I went to the checkout area and asked employee 2 where I can pick up my reserved item since I couldn't find anyone working on the floor. He kind of ignored me and gave me non-friendly attitude. He probably wanted me to leave and told me to go to employee 3. Finally, employee 3 goes to the back and gets my item. This process shouldn't take more than 5 minutes to go through. It feels like I was on a scavenger hunt to find the correct employee since there isn't a "customer service counter". Overall, customer service is terrible at this location.
