After several wonderful stays at this Marriott location I thought I should give them the great review they deserve. Location is "Key" for events at Quicken Loans or the Stadium - both are minutes away/walking distance. Check in was quick and friendly, Self parking is simple and you can save yourself some money by passing up Valet. Rooms include mini-fridge, no microwave, very clean. All the staff we came in contact with were friendly and helpful.
They have a very nice bar area (Jake's) with specials daily. Room service appears decently priced with healthy options available. You can save some money by placing an order and then picking up at designated area. I cannot speak specifically as to how the food is, but did see it being delivered and it looked pretty good.
Gold/Platinum members have access to the lounge but its currently being remodeled. We were offered complimentary breakfast buffet instead which was very nice with Omelet station, make your own Belgium waffles and excellent fresh fruit. Coffee, Soda and juices are included in the buffet price. Hot complimentary coffee is available in the lobby area every morning.
Great location and overall excellent Marriott in downtown Cleveland.
