Anyone care to share their opinions on the consistent nightmare that is the insane person that "supervises" the pool? For two summers, I've encountered the most unreal experiences with this lunatic and today was the last straw. As if that wasn't bad enough, the wonderful front desk staff is fully aware of the problem, and we often joke about it. It's clear that management looks the other way and lets this problem continue. When I've actually been able to have guests at the pool - after an arduous process of acquiring passes that are subject to a TSA worthy inspection - they've been subject to some of the most unreal harassment and "rule reminders". This just needs to stop. I'll continue to use social media and sites like Yelp to spread the word about this horrible and ongoing experience.
