They have plenty of people working inside this bank, and that is very rare for a bank these days. More and more you go to a bank and it is a ghost town, it has offices that are always empty and teller desks with no tellers. This bank has always been well staffed when I go there and that is a big deal.
They have the small size safe deposit boxes and those are hard to come by. Most branches have a waiting list, and tons of the massive boxes available.
They helped me with a notary public when I had documents to send in so I am very happy with my service.
