Absolutely awful experience working with Kelly Services. They were dishonest, unapologetic and cost me time and money that could've been better spent elsewhere.
They contacted me via Indeed for a direct hire position that suited my skill set. I interviewed with them (by the way Ana from KS, if you lock your office for appointments only, answer your damn doorbell when someone shows up for one, I rang it 20+ times and called before someone answered), and the interview went fine, the pay was less than I asked for but I needed a job. I was informed I needed to purchase additional gear for the interview which I did out of pocket.
I showed up at the interview, it went great, and Ana called me a day later to let me know that I got the job and she'd be calling back in a day or two with my schedule. After a few days I got no response so I called her and was now informed that I did not in fact receive the job with no explanation given or apology. I called the job itself and was informed that they hadn't made the decision to hire me yet and were confused why Ana told me I had received the job.
So now I'm out $100, several days of my time and interviews I cancelled because I thought I would be starting my new job. I emailed and contacted KS for an explanation and to voice my frustrations and they have ignored me. AVOID KELLY SERVICES AT ALL COSTS! They are liars and time-wasters and people seeking employment in Vegas deserve better.
