So what's the point of permit parking when they don't enforce it?!?!?!? There's never any parking near my building I have to park far away every night, and the best part I walk by cars parked under the cover parking where you need permit parking sticker and 4-8 cars don't have one!!! Makes me so mad that I pay so much money for this apartment and can't park near it!!! I'm not in New York City people!
