Absolute horrible service. My mother who is "partially deaf" will close her account here very soon. I got here at 1:10 and it's now 1:40. We have not been greeted since we walked in, nor spoken to the officer( Galina Kirova). I was forced to walk to the front to ask someone to see us and no one has come out. My mother has a mortgage loan through this bank and not only were we not greeted (only 1 rep helping customers outside of the tellers), once the rep finished with her previous client, she walked past us to the back and still did not greet us. She could have said hello welcome to Chase, please give me a moment. Instead she totally ignored us and hasn't been back out. We have now been sitting for 40 minutes and she finally came out. I am livid. My mother has done over $1 million dollars in transactions here and this is how they treat their customers? I will never bank here and I will be sure to let all of my friends and colleagues know how they treat their customers. The manager Robert Stehn was also present and did nothing. I am appalled at the level of subpar service here at this branch. If they are understaffed they should at least take the initiative and greet their customers. Unacceptable. I will be sure to let corporate know before closing her account here.
