I have been relying on this firm to rent out my central Phoenix town home going on 10 years now and I cannot say enough on their ability, service and professionalism. Over the past 10 years I have likely had a dozen tenants come and go and Bennett (Kim Tracy!) almost always had my until turned and re-occupied within 10 to 30 days. Sometimes they even lined up new tenants before my old ones moved out.
I cannot say enough about them--you get what you pay for here, and they are worth it.
