Very very disappointed in this office. I was in there 1 year ago and had a cleaning and full set of xrays. Was there yesterday and they had not only lost my xrays but has no record of my cleaning at all. After taking a full set of xrays again and charging the insurance company I was informed that I needed a deep cleaning. What I requested only a normal cleaning they refuse to do it. They told me I had never visited the office in the past. Collagen out of state last year and had them email me the full set of xrays that they did. When I told them that they said that was impossible. Seems to me all they want to do is expensive procedures that the cost of your insurance company.
