This store is a complete mess. No proper communication. Called yesterday to inquire on swim suits and was given false information. Made me come all the way and was disappointed when it wasn't there. The sales associate who was working around 1.30 p.m called the wrong store and made me drive all the way to a different store. Was disappointed again to find out that the item wasn't there at the store. Tried explaining what had happen to the manager, Rachelle, about the situation but she refused call the sales associate to inquire what store, and who she talked with. According to the manager, the sales associate had gone home for the day ( 30min after I left the store ). According to the manager, there were two calls made to two different stores that day. I asked her to call one of the stores that I thought the sales associate might have called. The manager called that store and my item was there. The manager again gave me the wrong name of the person she talked to at that store. I called the store and found out someone else had put my item on hold. I frequently shop at Old Navy but I didn't have a pleasant experience this time. All this happened at the Craig location in North Las Vegas.
