very bad customer service & bad chicken that should have been thrown away instead of given to a customer. the chicken was very dry, hard, and appeared to have been sitting there for alot longer than it should have. all the outiside of he chicken couldn't be eaten and the biscuits were so hard as well. my total was $26.00, and the manager on wanted to replace what wasn't eaten which was most of the order and only give me back 8.99 if i wanted a refund. manager issac was very rude and has not customer service skills, and is making a good brand a bad name. very bad service for the westside!
