I called Carmen from appliance Service Central to get an estimate for fixing my tenant's refrigerator. They charge in advance for service call but after the tech looked at the fridge, have not had any call, estimate or report regarding the fridge. I emailed them and called twice. They just said they have to work on paper work. 24 hours later, and Still don't know if my fridge was fixed or what is wrong with it. Call them for service if you like getting ignored.
