I contracted Revolution Moving for a small move from SoCal to Illinois. I was assured via email from their front person that the move would take 7/10 days. When the two man crew showed up the loaded up my belongings and then handed me a contract. I should have known something was wrong then because the contract says they have 30 days to deliver my goods from the time of pick up. When I queried the driver about this he told me "That's just in case something gets lost and we need to look for it. But it never happens". They picked up the stuff on 17th of November and it's now 7th of December and they don't know where my stuff is. I asked them for an estimated time of delivery and they said the driver was not picking up his phone or returning his voice messages. I mean what kind of freaking outfit operates like that? It does absolutely no good to complain because you can't get past the initial number for customer service. They just don't care. Now I'm sitting in an apartment that's barren for the last three weeks and I don't know when my stuff is going to come. Do not under any circumstances contract with these idiots. I might add that the only reason I give them one star is because I had to in order to post this review. Caveat emptor!!!
