As the other reviewers have stated, Jed was incredible and quite thorough with our home inspection. He noted quite a few items that prior inspectors (home had inspection done a month prior, but impending sell fell through) either missed or did not have corrected. Jed treats the inspections as if he is purchasing the home for himself. He first asks if you have any immediate concerns and makes sure to inspect those promptly. His was prompt with his start time and even sent me a courtesy text about an hour before he would finish so I could meet him afterwards for a preliminary walk through. The final report was ready within the 24 hours as he stated and it is thorough and concise. He uses a Go Pro as he goes along so he can review the footage later as he writes up the report. I watched as he used the thermal camera to look for wet areas or leakage. I cannot recommend Jed enough for you home inspection needs.
