Save your time and go across the street to Presbyterian. My dad has been transported here several times, and there is NO continuity of care. All of his children are authorized on his medical files, but have been given the run around to make matters worse, it's the day before Christmas and everyone in the family does not know his current medical status. The staff has failed to return calls, lost him on the floor, and on a prior visit, the discharge planners tried to discharge without care and would have caused an unsafe discharge. As I said before, terrible experiences more than once, and this facility seems to have oversight issues. They ought to be ashamed, such lazy staff is allowed to take care of patients.
