I've had 2 wonderful experiences at cutie nail with Jenny. She's very pleasant and very attentive to her customers in giving them what they want. She's experienced and personable. I had such a horrible experience at C&W NAIL on Cheyenne and Hualapai next to Roberto's today. I sat in a chair for 3 and a half hours just for a pedicure because they have a language barrier even with photos I shared. My mom ended up with 2 cuticles bleeding and not even a sorry only a smirk and giggle between the employees. After much patience and control I said enough. They still Wanted to charge me $48 for a pedicure with no polish!!! I was threatened that I must pay for a pedicure which I said was fine but nothing else since I got no callous removal, scrub, lotion or massage. They still insisted I pay for a service I didn't get done. Not even polish. To save the argument and from making a scene I said I will sign this with a note on the $25 credit card charge and I wrote, no service no polish and horrible bullying service. I anticipate to fight the charge especially since coming to cutie nail and they ( Jenny & her co workers ) seen I literally had nothing done but a soak and previous nail polish removed. I even drove half a block in the foam slippers and walked into cutie nail and the amazement of my story touched not just the employees but the cliental. I wasted hours of my time and got frustrated. Jenny from cutie nail assured me she would make it better. Thank you Jenny at cutie nail on the 215 & Cheyenne exit in the green Walmart parking lot. You really lifted my very down spirits.
