Don't have any car buying experience with these folks, but their collision center sucks. Brought my car in for repair work, there were two areas of damage. One I was going to self-pay, the other was to be covered by insurance. Asked them for 2 estimates. They only gave me one (the self-pay) saying they would work with the insurance company for the remainder of the damage. Got the work done, and when they said it was finished, returned for the car. Before even getting in the car took several photos. Left with the car. A couple days later I notice a crack in the windshield growing. Took it back, they denied any responsibility for it, saying the car was fine when it left their shop. About a week later I remembered the photos I had taken, so went back to look at them, and zoomed in on a couple photos that had the cracked area. Sure enough, the crack was there BEFORE I picked up the car! It was small enough and in the corner of the windshield so it went unnoticed. So either they cracked my windshield or it should have been included in the estimate to fix the self-pay, or it should have been handled with the insurance company. Whichever the reason I feel they should take responsibility for repairing it. These people have no integrity and do NOT stand behind their work, despite what their claims to the contrary say. Not a reputable company, do not do business with them or you will get burned.
