Priorities for life; Oil and Filter Changes for Life - Bring your vehicle to us and you'll never pay for oil and filter changes as long as you own your Priority vehicle. Hmmm, that is strange. I am sitting in the service department right now and am being charged for the air filter to be changed. Why? I have priorities for life?!? Well now, "filter changes" only means Oil Filter changes. Even though the language that is advertised says different. When I asked the service manager why the brochure says "filter changes" he admitted that the language was wrong after lying and saying differently about five times. Now if he would have been man enough to admit the mistake, no problem, it happens. To sit there and tell me to face that it didn't say what it said that we were reading together, then finally saying, "okay, it's wrong" was pretty embarrassing for him. Lolly in the Service Dept. is great, but the management group as this place is awful!!! Go elsewhere!
