I like forever 21 for the cheap clothes but the service is absolutely terrible. The entire time I was trying to return my items, the sales associates ringing up customers just talked the whole time and didn't even listen when I tried to ask a question. They continued to mess around and it took forever just to do a simple return. After that, I told the girl I had an online order that I needed to pick up (shipped to the store) and she told me to go wait down at the end of the registers for someone to help me. Finally after 5 minutes, the SAME girl stopped talking to her co-workers and finally walked over to help me! Like why couldn't she have just walked over there to help me after she did my return? I work in retail and don't try to be hard on other retail workers because I know it can be annoying or hard, but this behavior is unacceptable. I would never think to be this rude and unhelpful at my job. They were all just messing around and socializing. Just ridiculous and rude service all the way around. All the other associates just sit around and stare at you or talk with other people instead of helping customer and trying to move the checkout line even tho it was getting ridiculously long for only two associates to be at the register talking to each other.
