Rip-off!!! Very high priced !!! Not trustworthy!!!
I locked myself out and called this company to have
someone to unlock my door. The technician came and told me the lock could not be picked because it is a security lock. He drilled out one hole in the lock and the door was opened. I asked for the invoice and he charged me $214.00. The next day I called several locksmiths to get estimates for emergency service calls. They all told me that the price I paid was outrageous. Several weeks later I found out from my bank statement that this company submitted the invoice to the bank and charged $240.00 which was more than the original invoice.
